look what i found

here's all the things i got yesterday in the mayhem that was the seasonal value village 50% day. i usual spend the most time in the jacket and coat section so it's no surprise i got a few of those. the store was in such disarray it was hard to focus but i was very satisfied with what i got and all for under 30$.

i found this great rayon 90's skirt. i love that's it's a mini so i don't have to alter it and i love how the colour palette is dark so it will be perfect for fall. it actually looks great paired with my cropped black sweater from the last post, don't you think?

i'm a sucker for a nautical top so i had to get this navy sweater. it's not as light weight as the urban outfitters one i wanted but it's still cropped and has a boxy shape.

this top instantly caught my eye as it reminded me of the balmain fall collection. the red leopard on slinky sheer fabric with shiny buttons, very sexy. plus, it has a cool neck detail, all pleated. i think it makes a great mini dress, either belted or loose or layered over black skinnies.

a very groovy studio 54 white blazer. great quality and french made i love how tailored it is.

another tailored blazed, this time in brown velvet. the perfect material for fall and both these coats remind me of tom ford and his work at gucci.

this is a great silk asian jacket. i think it was originally a robe but i can also see it just casually thrown on as a coat. perfect amount of slouch and beautiful colours.

this green blazer screams fall and the details are amazing. leather buttons, brown piping and a great over sized boyfriend fit.

finally, i got this moose embroidered kids sweater. that i know is very tiny but looks cute as a little bolero when paired with high waisted minis.

Cindy, you're officially the best Value Village shopper i have ever come across!!!! You scored such great pieces. I can't ever imagine finding any of what you found in an of the VV's i've ever been to. I absolutely love both blazers and especially LOVE the red leopard shirt/dress. It looks AMAZING on you belted or otherwise. And the sigerson morrison booties are perfect! I'm seriously so jealous of that red leopard piece :-)

thanks. i have been thrifting since 7th grade so i've had a lot of practice but this was a particularly good day. who would have known a grandma blouse would have made such a hot dress.
