this skirt is another vintage piece that i got a few months ago. i love the fabric, it's a tweed with fat blue and grey stripes and large pockets with big leather covered buttons. it was originally long but i hemmed it and now i feel i may have taken it too far. i don't think bending over would be a smart idea when wearing it. it's very tight on me so it sits high and the only way to make it longer will be to redo the hem. do you think it's worth the work or do you think the length is fine? should i keep it or sell it? it may be perfect on someone with a smaller waist or who is a bit shorter.
