the sleepover friends - class of 1995

 here it is, the sleepover friends/90's edition. you saw all the planing and inspiration behind the shoot and i think we were able to bring that to life with the final product. i had so much fun styling my friends for this shoot and i can't thank them enough for modelling. a special thanks goes out to james didonato for the amazing photography! check out his website.

is that a meteor crashing to earth? no it's just me having a little fun while waiting for the sun to set. seriously though, what do you think made this creator in the sand? an overzealous golden retriever?

alpha bomb

i'm having a bit of an obsession with bomber jackets at the moment. it's in part due to a) my 90's love affair, b) a slight detective holder influence and c) a resurgence of the style once again with the fashion set, especially with the swedes. i've already purchased a new "slim line" version of the burgundy bomber i had in 7th grade. i owned a knock off at the time, but now i'm proud to finally have a real deal alpha. next, i'm eyeing the filippa k jacket julia stegner is wearing above, but i'd love a worn in vintage piece too.
