speaking of ashley, i saw new moon and it is incredible. i loved it so much more then twilight but i knew i would as it's my favourite book of the series. go see it!

one of the things i'm on the lookout for in nyc is nice piece of jewelry, nothing too pricey but a quality piece to add to my collection. i'm definitely checking out barneys for elizabeth and james and catbird in williamsburg for cute pieces from bittersweets nyc.

from bittersweets nyc, i'm still in love with their baby vamp rings. i also love their engraved items. stacked letter rings and a mini id bracelet, so sweet.

from elizabeth and james i'm liking their rings. the wrap around twig is stunning and i love the maltese cross. the studded disc ring seems interesting and i'd like to see how it looks on.

i follow about 100 blogs. i try very hard not to forget where i pick up images because i hate when people post my stuff without giving credit back, still sometimes it happens.

i just bought two new necklaces.

i've been jonesing for a new rackk and ruin piece, but i was too late on the stuff i'd been eying and it all sold out. molly, make more stuff! disappointed i began searching etsy and i came across this seller, another feather. she makes beautiful folky pieces, and i feel in love for this antler/copper necklace. 

speaking of molly from rackk and ruin, i also feel in love with the talon necklace she's been wearing lately.  the stylish wanderer is selling them through her site. i couldn't help myself when she said she only had a few left, i had to snatch one up.

i know better then to be friends with boys with girlfriends

sometimes i feel like i have so much to say that i end up chucking any ideas and not writing about any of it. it's just too much to get down and everything gets all jumbled and lost from my head to the keys. so i'm just going to let it all go and start with what's on my mind, in my heart and in my closet right now. today i headed to the holt renfrew outlet to try and discover some treasures. for those not from canada, holt's is our luxury retailer here. i'm sure i could have found more if i had spent hours there but instead i came home with just one pair of silk panties. not much, but at least they are from my favourite lingerie label/designer first love, stella mccartney. i wish that they had her day of the week undies but this star print is my other fav. style from her collection, so i'm very happy. i tried to re-create the radiator photo with my pair as posing in them for you would make me die of mortification. plus, my guy likes to keep the goods for himself. they are so lovely on though, pretty much a thong shape, super delicate with beautiful lace trim and just the right amount of gathers. i want more. i've also included two tracks for you all to take a listen. meiko and eric hutchinson, two of my favourite tunes right now and i highly recommend you pick them up on itunes.
