after the disaster walking around la on thursday i decided to go back to my favourite part of the city for my last day, santa monica and venice beach, and just relax.
we started our day at urth cafe on main and had the best meal of the la visit. it was so delicious (the coconut cake was amazing!!) and such a great atmosphere, this would be my hang out if i lived in the area. then we hung out at the beach, before finally ending our day with a drive up mulholland to see the city and the hollywood sign, in and out burger and a walk around the silverlake reservoir to burn off that cheeseburger goodness.
i didn't think i'd be a la kind of girl and i was right, but i did fall for the beach
so if i ever head back i'd definitely make santa monica or venice my home base.
